When I got married Before 2 years I got conceived but due to personal reasons we consulted gynic she has given pills and one pill she kept in vegina and then it went off.now it's been 2 yrs still I am not conceived and my periods are always min 1&1/2 month max 3 month cycle.what would be the problem?

Take Fertisure F at bedtime once every night for Female partner and Tablet Fertisper for Male partner once every night
Take Syp M2Tone 2 spoons two times a day for a month
Take a boiled egg daily
Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown
Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown
Take Tablet Letrozole 5 mg at bedtime from day 2-6 of periods
Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 onwards
Avoid lifting weights and stress and travel
Avoid papaya and pineapple

If still no relief or irregular periods
1. Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness and antral follicle count on day two of periods
2. Get serum TSH and prolactin done

Since it's been 2 years already..You are having a irregular cycles..and a previous h/o abortion..you have to meet fertility specialist and get a proper evaluation done and start on treatment..
