Hello, pubic bone pain is not a sign of pregnancy. Amenorrhea (missed period) is a sigh of pregnancy. You should take ipills with in 72 hours of sexual intercourse . There is 1% chance of failure . Right pelvic pain could be intestinal obstruction or ovarian cyst .meet gynaecologist in nearest hospital . Ultrasound is required to know the cause for pain.
