Hello I am Dhanya and I am 28yrs old. It will be soon 2 years for my wedding and we have decided to plan for a baby 2 months back and after that my periods are heavy and i am getting bad stomach pain which I was not getting before. What might be the reason for this?I don't have any issues like thyroid pcos nothing. My periods are regular too. Kindly help me to know the reason behind it..

Unprotected intercourse followed by heavymenstrual cycle or painful cycle generally indicates possibility of pelvic inflammatory disease You need to get internal examination n pelvic sonography done and may be a course of antibiotics Cervisitis which is infection of mouth of uterus is very common n easily diagnosed in internal check up. You should get Transvaginal Ultrasound Scan for determining Endometrial thickness. Pl get it done and send the report with images.
Next Steps
Treatment: Tab Trapic MF 8th hourly, 3times a day. For Five days.
