Iam writing this behalf of my father he chews tobacco almost all day he doesn't like to quit and don't want to consult doctor, can anyone prescribe any medicine which I can give without his notice. If anyone has a way please suggest, thankyou.

There is no alternative to quitting tobacco. Also I don’t think there is any medication that will halt or reverse the effects of tobacco. Do try to convince him to atleast visit a doctor for a routine examination of mouth and throat for now. If all is normal then maybe some vitamins/minerals could be prescribed. Apart from the oral cavity, tobacco can have adverse effects on the whole body as you may already know.
