I am having pain in naval area since 4 days after eating spicy khichdi burning also now it's not going pains starts again after eating food i am eating boiled food now and stool is like cow dunk ....
and i am having stiffness in upper abdominal area it's like something is stretching my upper abdomen it's goes away after give hot and cold water press i had many muscle spasms medicine from many doctors but no result
