Cubits varus is caused by a old fracture of the elbow. It is caused by malunion of the fracture. You must have had a fracture earlier in life. If there is no pain you can lift weight. A surgery can be done to correct the deformity. The type of surgery and the costs will depend on the amount of deformity you have.
Next Steps
Get x ray of the elbow ap and Lateral view
