Almost all fixed applicance orthodontic pa- tients experience moderate gingivitis and, to varying degrees, oral irritations. Even with attention to oral hygiene procedures, some patients are at risk. From the pictures you posted it can be seen that there's lot of tartar and plaque... 1.Get scaling done immediately. 2.Get subgingival Curettage done. If it doesn't respond 3. Removal of the gingival overgrowth can be done with the help of LASER painlessly.
Next Steps
Please maintain oral hygiene, get your teeth cleaned regularly.
Health Tips
Consider the use of antibacterial mouthrinses as suggested by your dentist.

I can see unclean tooth surfaces the in the picture. Plaque & tartar is accumulated. A good scaling (cleaning) will solve the problem
Next Steps
Get scaling done before gums start to bleed. Do warm salt water gargles, once daily for a week after scaling and brush your inner tooth surfaces well
