Gum infection
Can a breast feeding mother take sporidex 500 or augmentin 625 for infection in gums. What effect it will have on 1 month old baby. Any other safer medicine that can be taken.

Fist go to dentist. Ask to ur detist about yr dississ. Any kind of pregnancy tumor or gingivitis is there or not.
Augmentin 625 is safer anti biotic.
But best way for medication is consult and diagnos ur dississ and then take madicins.

I can understand the mother's condition of 1 month old baby, though sporidex is safe, u Pl dont use medicins unless it is mandatory, since it is gum infection, please gargle (chlorehexidine,) hex or rexidine mouth wash twice a day for 5 days it vl gv u relief,if required u can take mild pain killers, till ur baby gives u time to visit dentist, depending on stage of gum disease dentist vl treat you,
