Finger bite is always dangerous. Guinea pig is a rodent. So it can transmit Rabies. 10 months is too long a period. You should have taken 2 doses of Rabipur. You mentioned that Guinea pig is still alive after 10 days. So it means that you were bitten more than 10 days earlier. It is a bit late now.  By this delay a proper advice is a problem. But you should take 2 doses of Rabipur , with a gap of 3 days.
