Doctors, I'm 14 Years Old. My Height is 5 Feet 8/9 Inch & Weight is 104.5 KG. I'm Suffering From Leg Pain Due To Exercise. I Have Not Exercising For 7 Days. Now, The Pain Has Reduced But Not Fully Gone. Should I Start Walking? If The Answer is Yes, Then How Can I Start Walking Gradually That The Walking Will Not Cause Pain? Please Let Me Know, Doctor. Your doubts are more than your actions. Buy a static bycycle , do exercise daily for 1-2 hours. This is the best solution.
Strict diet control is required to get back to required weight.
