Doctors, I'm 14 Years Old. My Height is 5 Feet 8/9 Inch & My Weight is 104.5 KG. On the Recommendations of Doctors, I Started Walking For 18-19 Days & Dieting Also. I Have Been Noticing That The Some Area Of My Right Leg Has Been Become Swollen For 6-7 Days & The Swollen Area Has Some Pain. Especially, After My Exercise (Walking), The Pain Get Worse & Reduce Automatically After Some Times. What's The Problem Doctor? Is The Swelling & Some Pain Coming From Walking? The main is because of your weight.. And since you started walking recently..it got aggravated... Dont stop the exercise because of the pain... Just reduce the intensity. Consider consulting a dietician for a low fat diet. For relief of pain try dipping your feet in luke warm water at night. Weight reduction is must.
