Swollen Veins Due To Exertion
Doctors, I'm 14 Years Old. My Height is 5 Feet 8/9 Inch & My Weight is 104.5 KG. On The Advice of Doctors, I Started Walking & Dieting For 8-9 Days For Losing Weight. However, Some Veins Of My Right Leg Have Been Swollen For 3-4 Days Due To Exertion. Should I Continue Walking? And Is There Any Other Advice To Reduce This Swelling? I Would be Ever Greatful To You If You Would Advice Me.
