Guidance Needed for PWD / UDID
Guidance Needed for PWD / UDID Eligibility Based on Symptoms Hello Doctor, I am a 29-year-old male.jobleess I have attached an image of my symptoms for reference. Since childhood: - I could not complete my graduation - I struggle a lot with daily simple tasks - I am very slow in understanding and processing - My family and I have always felt that I am not very smart and slow - I hardly get jobs, and even when I do, I get terminated from many simple jobs - This has seriously affected my education, work, and daily life Recently, someone suggested that I may be eligible for a PWD / UDID card. Before this, I did not know that I could apply for PWD. Based on the symptoms attached: - What condition(s) do I likely have? - Is it one condition or multiple conditions? - Am I eligible to apply for a PWD / UDID card? - Which specialist or department should I consult for proper assessment? I am looking for guidance and evaluation, not medication advice at this stage. Thank you.
