Guidance in Pregnancy in 19 weeks
Please suggest me any diet to be followed in 19 weeks pregnancy.Asmy doctor has not given me any diet plan.Asked me to have home made food and also given medicines only iron, calcium and protein powder.Please suggest if any other guidance.

Green leafy vegetables,seasonal fruits ,dry fruits ,milk avoid fatty diets by keeping in view that one part of diet for u and another is for u r baby
