Having guheri in left eye and we are using neosporin antibiotic ointment as of now. Please sugvest how to proceed.

Hello, 1. Hot fomentation put cotton clothes soaked in warm water on your eyes 3 to 4 times a day 2. Moxifloxacin eye drops 4 times a day 3. Tablet diclofenac serratiopeptidase twice a day for 3 days 4. Carboxymethylcellulose eye drops  4 times a day
