GTT level144 & tsh- 3.140 in pregnancy
Hello All, I am in 7th month of pregnancy with no issues so far. I did thyroid, sugar, lft, kft & cbc tests as suggested by my gynaecologist. My fasting sugar is normal, however my GCT test levels are 144 which is slightly on higher side. Also, my tsh levels are 3.140 & t4 is 14.7, I am taking 125mg of dose for hypothyroidism. So would like to know what precautions I should take to lower my sugar levels & should I continue with same dose of 125mg for thyroid?? My baby's weight & growth is absolutely normal & healthy. I have attached the report.

You should take the same dosage of thyroxine. Tsh range should be below 3.5. Should take care of your diet.
