My baby is 4 months old, he is having VSD and he is currently under medication. Why my baby is doing grunting sound like passing motion , so many times in a day from 2 days?

The child might be having breathing difficulty due to VSD. Continue your medications and take consultation. The doctor will have to see the baby and listen to his chest.
