Grunting heavily
My baby 38 days old  he was born on 37th week since 4th day he is having Jaundice from 15.9 to it reduce to 6 now since 4days I am observing heavily grunting like keeping pressure on full body with sounds vomiting also doing after feeding with curd type and breathing also since birth he is doing heavily already his heart x ray is ok taken at the time of birth we have taken him doctor for vomiting grunting thing he told he has taken more air while feeding we r giving him digipen enzyset coritoff syrup according to doctor since 3days while iam referring Google grunting and breathing heavily is telling something different thing I want to know is it serious thing like infant distress please tell me

If the baby is breathing fast or has difficulty in breathing or not taking feeds or not active, then there is a problem. Just noise during breathing is not a worry especially if baby is active and feeding well. But please visit a pediatrician or take a second opinion.
