  4. Grunting a lot. To be worried about?

Grunting a lot
My son is 21 days old n it's been quiet sometime he has started grunting a lot, he only stops wen I feed n feeding is most of the time, he sleeps while feeding and as soon as I keep in in his bed he starts twisting his body n grunts very loud as if he is pooping with constipation , also he poops few times with average amt but wen he is grunting hard he poops very little like a tiny dot, he is not able to sleep well,is it something to be worried about

This may be due to gas. Burp regularly and massage childs tummy. Meet your pediatrician to rule out any other problem.
