Growth on anus

Help! I've had diarrhea for a week, and by the end of the week I felt discomfort in my anus. I expected to find some sort of leakage but it was completely clean so I exemined it to discover a growth in the size and shape of a bean right near the hole. It's there in the past 2 days, and I'm still having stomach aches and watery diarrhea. No blood or anything like that. Should I be worried?
