Fever for more than a week
My friend has fever with diarrhea for more than a week and when we went to a general physician near by he gave him antibiotics. Now diarrhea is stopped but he's shivering intermittently at nights and afternoon We took blood and urine test but results were negative for malaria, jaundice and dengue He is still on medications and fever has not yet stopped Plz tell me what else it could be

Fever could be due to various reason. Th tests done were for general causes. But since the fever is persisting visit a clinician to get yourself evaluated.
