  4. Growth in eye lid. I m very nervous!

Growth in eye lid
Since past 4-5 months I have noticed a tiny growth in my eye lid.. there is no redness , discharge or pain and the size has not grown.. I have attached the image also .. please let me know what it is.. I just read on Internet that it is skin cancer.. i m very nervous
