Gross anaemia
Polyarthralgia,throat pain,haematemesis,Petechiae lab reports : hb ; 4.1 reticulocyte 6% peripheral smear ; narmocytic, narmochromatic anaemia with neutrphilic leucocytosis and reactive theombocytosis. sickling test ; negative stool occult blood ; negative creatinine spot urine test ; 116.4 heptoglobin ; 341.0 coombs test negative and these tests are repeated for two times from january. treatment ; 5 blood transfusions
