Groin pain and right testicle swelling

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hi .. hope you are well. Year ago, I was playing cricket with friends. While batting, the ball (made of hard rubber) hit me on my groin and right testicle. Immediately after that my right testicle start swelling and I feel pain in my groin area. Since then, testicle becomes normal and sometimes it still swell. I cannot run or walk faster. I have seen Orthopaedic and Urologist but seems like none of them have a solution. X-rays, ultrasound, MRI comes out all fine. Please help. Regards
