Groin Aches - I Have This Issue That I Face Ticklish Itch And

I have this issue that I face ticklish itch and minor ache on the part of my penis that lies behind testicles. I press the area and then there's relief for a while but the pain or ticklish sensation comes back again. There is no spot or any irregular appearance on my genital area anywhere and a urine sample test says no pathogen organism isolated after 24 hours of incubation. I have video call consulted a urologist and he said that everything's fine. Can there be any issue that might've been missed by me.
