  4. Body ache/ bones ache. Please advise.

Body ache/ bones ache
Every month a week before my periods are about to start i get mild fever and body ache.Bones ache alot with which i get mild fever.This wil continue till my periods start.What is the reason for it.What shall be done please advise.

Hello....this is premenstrual syndrome associate with symptoms like fatigue,joint pain, muscle pain,headache etc.... ...these symptoms appear before or during periods.... Idiopathic cases will be managed with reassurance..but If there is underlying cause that cause should be treated ...
