Dull ache in testicle

Asked for Male, 36 Years

Had a dull ache in my left testicle for the last 4-5 weeks, comes and goes throughout the day but is quiet noticeable. I have checked the area in the shower and no sign of lumps or change in texture or size. The pain is more centred around the vas deferens/epidemys area than the testicle itself. I've not injured it in any way or had any unprotected sex in the last 12 months.
