I am 26 yr old,my hair started turning white,i am taking all other precaution such as eating fruit&vegetable,i am also trying some home remedy such as aplying onion juice.i am using dove shampoo.shall i stop using shampoo ?suggest me proper shampoo&name of fruit& vegetables which is useful to prevent white hair
