  4. Grey stool. Reference. please suggest.

Grey stool
My 3.5 month lo is on both BM+FM. He usually poops once a day. Yesterday and today his poop his grey colour. I am worried. Otherwise he is very normal and active. Attaching pic for reference. Please suggest.
