Grey hair , behcet disease, constipation

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have constipation, inflammation some time on both hand, some time mouth ulcer. Now i have arround both thigh and back pain. He refer to dermatologist to say behcet disease. But dermatologist say ibs.My gastrologist prescribe me equirex 3 times a day. Nurobion forte 2bd.Cipcal once a day. Freego powder at night.but I 50% relief in constipation.Vitamin c with heamup syrup and nurobion forte at night.suggest medicine
