I have observed that when I do regular exercise like brisk walking about 3 kms daily my hair does not get grey & even hair fall is reduced. Whereas if I do not do any exercise with in 20 days I start getting grey hair & hair fall. Does this have any correlation? Also I have observed that any medicine or cream if used for a very long time then at the end the medicine or cream gives very less benefit but if we switch to some or medicine or cream for short duration & later on again if we start using the old drug then it starts giving benefits as before. Is this true & should it be done this way?
