Green poop with mucus
My 6.5 months nephew is pooping green with mucus in it. The poop is very sticky and sometime stinks. The frequency is around 4-5 times a day. What concerns us is that it's been just over a month now and so improvement is seen. We have consulted 2 doctors who said nothing to worry baby is active and there are no signs of dehydration. He's on breastfeeding and homemade powered food (started when he got 6 moths old) and eats well. He is very active and shows signs of development. Also, he's bottom teeth have started to come out. Need help to figure out if there's anything wrong.

I don't think there is  any abnormality in this as babies have alteration in pattern and smell of stools once a variety of food stuffs are introduced in their diet . So if the stools are  not watery , not causing dehydration , baby feeds well , grows well , has no abdominal distension  and is active you can relax .
