18 months old he is...teething.he has green mucusy stool with blood streaks.doctor said its because of unhygeine but i take care of that.during upper molars he was same for a week and now lower molars.he is still same loosing weight.guide me doctor.i need to worry or its normal

Contrary to common belief,teething does not cause fever or loose motions,it's just coincidence,because children this age put everything in the mouth.
Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding if given,give just 2 milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals a day including curd and Banana in the diet.
Give ors after every loose motion if watery.
Add syp vizylac twice a day for 5 days.
If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or fever or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician.
