Grbs , is 183 pls suggest
I'm not a diabetic patient, but when I checked 2 days back my grbs was 183, bp was 140 / 90 , so doctor suggested me just start glycomet sr 500 morning once before food .is it ok to take , pls suggest .

One reading is not sufficient to diagnose diabetes.  It could be pre diabetes too... I would suggest you to get hba1c done for confirmation and if hba1c not possible, get fasting blood sugar. If these values are also deranged, then can start you on treatment. You can consult once these reports are available with me.
