Granular Pharyngitis with Post NasalDrip
Im suffering from this condition since 3 weeks now. I started off with two antibiotic courses (Azy and Aug). Didn't work at all. I have tried Allegra/Allegra M along with antacids . Steam and gargles ( salt water and betadine). I also tried nasal decongestants ( Saline and Otrivin) for the inferior turbinate swelling in my nose
I have no idea why the medicines and remedies are working. Please suggest me and give a idea about this.

You may be having laryngopharyngeal reflux disorder which can have similar features and symptoms. You may need to try weeks course of anti reflux medications
