Grandma Prognosis
My gma is 92. Has a GFR of 15 (was 17 a cpl wks ago), potassium levels of 5.1, creatinine of 2.64, BUN of 50 (was 44 a cpl wks ago). She can't and won't do dialysis. Takes no meds and refuses to take any. Lost all sense of having to urinate. Wears Depends and she usually soaks thru everything before she will change. Sometimeshurts when she pees. Potential prognosis? Maybe time for Hospice ?

we need to ascertain that she doesn't have overflow incontinence occurring due to incomplete evacuation of bladder by checking with a Ultrasound. If she does not have a full bladder, then she might get benefit from anticholinergic medication. For nursing purpose someone Has to be with her
