Positive blood culture report needs antibiotic treatment according to the sensitivity
Gram positive cocci is an infective agent, needs antibiotic cover according to the sensitivity as given in the same report
Blood culture is basically done to know the causative agent, and also to check which antibiotic works the best and which one has resistance
