Grade 2 Diastolic Dysfunction
Hi, My father recently got 2D Echo done as his ecg showed irregular heartbeat. I am attaching the 2D Echo report. It says grade 2 Diastolic Dysfunction and aortic valve: sclerotic. Can you please tell me how serious is this and what can we do about it ? He feels weakness in body and lethargic.

Both aortic valve sclerosis and grade 2 DD are age related and not to be worried . If he has comorbidities like diabetes, HTN please continue medication.
