Got Red Rashes On My Face

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I've been having rashes on my face since a week. I did apply aloe veera gel and Physio gel to keep my face moist but then also results are the same. Till now I was feeling as suddenly the weather has changed so it might have resulted in Sunburn but as it is not getting improved now so I am doubtful.
