Got my chums twice
Hi. I got my chums twice in one month.. almost in the gap of 20 days.. I also have started getting a skin breakout in the form of heavy acne on my cheeks. I generally don't have excessive acne issue. Is there a chance that there is PCOD? If not what can this be directing towards? P.S I do not have a family history of pcod or skin issues

Dear user,    If you have issue like acne, excessive hairs over face,wt gain ,irregular period, Get a ultrasound done to rule out pcod. Also a sedantry life.

Gap of 20 days after last period getting over, That mean from 1st day of last period , it is 24-25 days, which is normal. Get transvaginal ultrasound done ,to rule out PCOD. It is common now a days, may due to stress. It need not be heridatary..For acne wash face4-5 times/day with neem soap .Do regular exercise.
