Sorry to hear what you are going through .It must be tough for you.Ideally speaking get an OPG x-ray done as suggested by fellow practitioners.This will give complete picture of what is happening underneath the crowned tooth .If there is problem with the way Rct was done that can be seen in X-ray or if the gums surrounding tooth are infected coupled with poor oral hygiene practises can also cause tooth pain.Get yourself evalauted at the earliest .All the best.
