Got knee fracture and now it is swelling
Got ankle fracture...it was cemented 4 months ago and it was removed but it is swelling...and some times its not...and similarly pain follows the same thing

It's normal to have swelling. This is Becoz of deconditioned muscles around ankle due to long rest..Start working on ankle stretches and strengthening​ exercises over a period of 3-4weeks pain n swelling will come down
Next Steps
if pain  doesn't subside even after exercising for 3 weeks then consult your orthopedic doctor
Health Tips
keep pillow below your ankle while sleeping ,avoid long hours of sitting and standing till swelling comes down
