Got early periods
Hi, my period cycle is usually 28 to 31 days. i had my intercourse for the first time (as im planning for pregnancy), that was on 12th day of the cycle. This time i got my periods early.. 5 days prior to the actual date and having very bad lower abdomen pain which is not coming down even after taking meftal spas, wanted to know why this happened? (Flow is not that heavy) And how to overcome this pain? Any precautions should be taken to avoid such things next month?
