Your eye pressure is 20mmHg in both eyes. Perhaps your ophthalmologist has asked you to review again sometime later to cross check it and examine your retina.

The doctor you visited is treating you for dry eye along with meibomitis.treatment started is ideal
We need to do schirmer test ,tear osmolarity test
Fluorescein dye disappearance test before commenting further.
