How to have a good night sleep of at least 7 hours without interruption or waking up again & again ???

As u r student, u may be having study related anxiety, stress which keeps u awake or does not allow to get sound sleep.Else there might be some other kind of worries that creep up while u r going to sleep.As for remedy u need to get exhausted during yr day time work,involve yr self in to some kind of other extracurricular activities.Do pranayam,n meditation.
