If Ciplar LA 20mg ( propranolol Hydrochloride Long acting ) is not avialable, So which alternative tablet can be use for anxiety related hypertension.
I mean when Blood pressure increases during anxiety, So for this kind of hypertension which tablet can be use?
and when this tablet is eaten and how long it will be eaten ?

Blood pressure spikes with anxiety are common and usually settle once the anxious episode passes. Propranolol is often used for this, but switching to a different tablet, or choosing the dose and how long to take it, needs to be decided by whoever is treating you, not on your own.
