Gonorrhoea
I have all symptoms of Gonorrhoea,had swelling on tip burning sensation fluid discharge itchiness and foul smell too.its is for past 2 years i had sex with my girlfriend and this is from past 2 years,this happens for 2 a 3 days in a week some times i thinks this is coz of hygeine or what coz i wear same lower for few days some times.
