Consult a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. This is not a paranoid thinking rather fear of getting ill. You may require some medicine and need to learn how not to get fearful, anxious. How to remain calm and cool. Meditation is not much helpful at this point of time. You can do it once severity is less.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist and clinical psychologist

Hello dear When we feel anxious, it gets hard for us to avoid the running thoughts in our mind regarding the things that we worry about. In your case, you were already anxious about your health and the pandemic made it increase. This shows that there are various other reasons that may have triggered anxiety in you. Like your environment and other reasons that you are not able to identify on your own right now. Consulting a counsellor would be of help here. You can also contact me, I will help and assist you in this.

Hi... This looks like a case of hypochondriacal delusion but it can be caused due to high risk perception during the Pandemic. Please consult a Psychiatrist and take medications if he prescribe any. After that start taking Counselling Sessions from a Psychologist. If this fear is more cognitive or psycho-social in nature, it will be dealt with therapy alone in the long run.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist and a Psychologist, online or offline.
