Glutat nano shots best time to take
I have fair skin tone generally every month I do my routine ultra glow facial with vitamin c and glutathione. With no side effects.
Recently the clinic people gave me L glutathione with vitamin C oral solution from Adonis . I'm short they are gluta nano shots sugar free. But I don't know when Is the best time to take these shots. Should I take them every day as they suggested.
