Glucose-Random Hexokinase in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello, My Glucose-Random level is 138 mg/dL in my 13th week of pregnancy (as on Aug 25) The same was 99 mg/dL in my 5th week pregnancy (as on July 4th) Is that a concerning sign/ pattern? Biological reference interval say <140 is normal, above that is pre-diabetic. Thank you,
